Click to print text The AdVance™ Male Sling system is a treatment option for mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence, which often results from a radical prostatectomy.

AdVance is not for people with:

  • Urinary tract infections
  • Bone deformation or severe osteoporosis
  • Compromised immune systems
  • Renal insufficiency and/or urinary tract obstruction
  • Previous or active osteomyelitis, among other medical issues

As with any surgical procedure, inherent risks are present. Although rare, some of the most severe risks include infection and erosion, surgical, physical, psychological, or mechanical complications and, if occur, may necessitate revision or removal of the device.

The best way to determine if the AdVance Male Sling System is right for you is to talk to your doctor, or contact a urologist who specializes in treating male incontinence.

Managing the problem isn’t a solution —
you’re just putting off the inevitable... and you
know what? I should have had the treatment years
ago. It went by really quickly and the results
are amazing.
