• Who are not good candidates for surgical procedures or anesthesia.
• With an irreversibly blocked lower urinary tract.
• With irresolvable detrusor hyperreflexia or bladder instability.

You should talk with your doctor, or a urologist who specializes in treating male incontinence, about the benefits and risks before undergoing any treatment option.
